You can close your account yourself at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

Bk55 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Theft of account information due to malware or hacking on your device.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Issues caused by technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.

Bk55's total liability will never exceed the current balance in your account.
